For over 32 years, Dan has served in various roles in the information technology industry. Today, Dan serves as the President & CEO, and owner of ProTech Services Group, Inc., a Memphis, TN-based services company. ProTech is a business solutions company focused on meeting businesses’ technology & talent needs.

A proud Memphian, Dan is married to his wife Mikki, and they have four sons, Braeden, Hunter, Peyton, and Oakley, and three grandchildren, Gage, Dominic, and Beckham. Dan attended the University of Memphis and has earned multiple leadership and executive management designations. Dan graduated from the 2017 Leadership Memphis Executive Program, is a Greater Memphis Chamber Chairmen’s Circle member, and also serves on the board of directors for The PEYitforward Foundation (Non-profit developed to honor his late son, Peyton), Streets Ministries (Board Chair), the Memphis Shelby County Crime Commission, Leadership Memphis and the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce (Chamber Benefits, Inc.) Dan is also a member of Infraguard and Vistage Worldwide.

Business technology operations and development leader with over 25 years of hands-on experience ranging from enterprise software architecture and development to business planning and development. This includes strategic business technology planning and budgeting, technical sales, ongoing operational management, and acquisitions. Skilled in all phases of a project life cycle, feasibility analysis, concept design, implementation, enhancement, and support. Effective at building team-based operating units and critical customer and vendor alliances.

Over 20 years of experience in Enterprise technology and team management along with expertise in Oracle databases, Java, XML, Web Services, Open Source Software, and various other technologies.

Todd Via has built a remarkable career from his beginnings as a self-starting entrepreneur to holding key positions alongside some of the top tech minds in the region. With hands-on experience in managing cybersecurity from the ground up, combined with years of proven leadership in coordinating teams and strategies, Todd's understanding of the IT and cybersecurity landscape is both comprehensive and all-encompassing.

A lifelong Tennessean and seasoned innovator, Todd's experience before joining ProTech included over a decade as a managing partner at Pyx Solutions, a national provider of IT services. There, he built a company focused on serving mid-market and enterprise customers. Following the acquisition of Pyx Solutions by Venture Technologies, and later by ConvergeOne, Todd continued to excel in expanded roles. His passion for computers and tech development, nurtured since childhood, has fueled his ability to deliver top-tier business development, data management, and digital security solutions.

Beth Yobak is a graduate of the University of Memphis and joined ProTech Services Group in 2018. She currently serves as the company’s Human Resources Manager. Her expertise spans a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compliance, employee engagement, brand management, training, and employee development.

Beth is an active member of SHRM-Memphis and SHRM National, and she also serves as an Ambassador with the Greater Memphis Chamber. She has achieved her SHRM-CP certification.

In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, riding bikes through Shelby Farms and on the Greenline, supporting local restaurants, and serving on the board of her neighborhood association.

As HR Manager, Beth oversees employee communication, development, collaboration, engagement, and compliance.

Angelo Lucchesi was born and raised in Memphis, TN, and graduated from Christian Brothers University (CBU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. During his time at CBU, he was a member of the baseball team and earned both Academic All-Conference and All-Conference honors.

Angelo has a daughter who recently turned one, and he is excitedly preparing for his upcoming wedding in June 2024.

Scott Swanson is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. He excels at driving sales by building strong relationships with key stakeholders essential to the success of their organizations. Scott's expertise spans a wide range of markets, including commercial manufacturing, professional services, retail, education, finance, healthcare, and government.

Scott’s natural curiosity and genuine interest in people enable him to effectively prospect, establish contact with businesses, and promote solutions that address clients’ needs. He works well with various levels of management and individual contributors within organizations, achieving a high close ratio. Early in his career, Scott built a loyal customer base through strong product knowledge and a solutions-oriented sales approach. Over the years, he has pursued continuous product and service training, as well as manufacturer certifications, allowing him to identify and promote solutions aligned with customers’ success goals.

Scott maintains customer loyalty through ongoing communication and tenacious follow-up, ensuring that issues or questions are resolved promptly. As a leader, he is highly motivated to achieve sales quotas and goals. At the same time, Scott is flexible, coachable, and always willing to explore new or creative approaches to problem-solving. He is an open-minded team player who readily shares knowledge and updates with colleagues, contributing to the overall success of the company.

With a natural tendency to lead and mentor others, Scott has transitioned into a Sales Manager role. He is often called upon to spearhead new technology offerings and drive company growth.

Scott lives in the Memphis area with his wife, Karen, and their two sons. They share their home with two dogs. His hobbies include family travel, exploring multiple destinations worldwide, and enjoying activities such as hiking, fishing, and visiting historic sites. In his free time, Scott enjoys woodworking projects, sports, gardening, and cooking as a home chef.
